our trademark agents
All of our registered trademark agents are recognized to practice before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. They are also recognized to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Each agent specializes in trademark protection and enforcement and intellectual property portfolio management.
Our agents regularly advise on a variety of complex trademark issues, both in Canada and internationally through a network of qualified associates. These complex issues include trademark searching, filing, prosecution, registration, opposition, and cancellation.
